LIVE DOWNUNDER REFUND POLICY
Seminar Bookings
if payments have been made online for reservations and tickets
issued there will be no refunds payable in the case of non-attendance. Bookings may be changed for a different date or venue but agreement must be reached beforehand to ensure seats are available.
Job Site Listing
Payment made for listing on site is non-refundable, and those
conditions set out on the site concerning successful placement of any listed applicant apply. Working Holiday maker visa lodgment payments will not be accepted unless the applicant is deemed eligible for the service.
Visa Preparation Services
Payments made on behalf of the preparation and lodgment of any visa
application are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the contract of service. Where it is deemed that a refund of professional fees is payable live downunder will make payment by cheque or such other means as agreed by the parties.
